Phoenix Closing Co., LLC was founded on resilience, integrity, and the belief that every challenge can be transformed into opportunity. After more than 25 years in the title insurance industry, Founder/CEO, Ash Selle, saw firsthand how distressed homeowners needed compassionate solutions while ethical investors sought a trusted, neutral party to guide them through complex real estate transactions. As a single mom turned CEO, she built a career in a field that has long been dominated by men. Her journey wasn’t without obstacles, as she experienced being treated as a minority in her own company, where others held decision-making power as she was showcased as the 'woman-owned' face. That experience became her turning point. From those ashes, Phoenix Closing Co. was born a company that is truly woman-owned, independent, and committed to doing business differently. At Phoenix Closing Co., we specialize in investor-friendly closings while providing solutions for distressed homeowners navigating divorce, loss, domestic abuse, legal, or financial hardship. More than a business, this is a mission- to deliver relief, restore hope, and create new beginnings.
The name Phoenix symbolizes our story rising stronger after adversity and empowering others to do the same. Beyond closings, we are committed to mentoring future women in real estate, giving back to our communities, and supporting causes such as domestic abuse shelters and homelessness relief.
